Developing Healthy habits

Challnege kicks off on the 9th of April

Challenge yourself to feel better. 28 days may not seem like a long time, but studies have shown it takes as little as 21 days to create a new habit. If you've started the year with good intentions and have fallen off the wagon than this challenge is designed for you.

What will you recieve by joining?

- 3 dedicated group training sessions per week. 2 metabolic resistance training workouts and 1 boxing session.

- Meal plan.

- Access to a closed Facebook group where I will be posting daily. 

- Shopping lists, recipes and nutritional support. 

- Fitness testing

Aim of the challenge:

- Kick-start your fitness routine. 

- Lose fat.

- 'Tone' up.

- Provide you with the tools to succeed in the future. 


- Sessions will run Mon 7:15pm, Tues 7pm and Thurs 7pm.

- Sessions will run for 45 mins.
